CHOCOLATE CAKE 🍮🍫 😋
Ingredients for 1 serving:
1 egg
40 g rice flour
40 g milk
1 tbsp cocoa
40 g soft cottage cheese (5% fat)
1 tsp baking powder
1 g Sweetener Fitparad No. 7
1 tbsp dried cranberries
For the glaze:
20 g milk
15 g sugar-free chocolate
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients together, pour the mixture into a mold, and microwave for 2.5-3 minutes, cooking in bursts to allow the dough to rise.
To make the chocolate glaze, combine 15 g of chocolate with 20 g of milk and microwave for 15 seconds, stirring every 5 seconds until smooth.
Pour the glaze over the finished cake. If desired, garnish with banana slices and nuts.
