Ingredients:

Get a bowl and put the following ingredients in it:
Oil, sugar, eggs, yeast, anise, sesame, and butter that we previously melted with the sesame, and mix these ingredients together inside the bowl very well.
We bring a deep enough bowl and put the flour inside it, making a hole in the middle of the flour to be ready to receive the previous mixture. We put these ingredients inside the flour and mix them well with it.
We add to the mixture the amount of milk we have chosen and mix these ingredients together until we obtain a dough with a soft and tender consistency. Note that we can add another amount of milk until we obtain the appropriate dough.
We leave the dough alone to rest and ferment as well...
.Form with the dough of medium-sized balls and let them stand for 30 minutes.
Brush the surface of the dough with the egg mixture and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Preheat the oven and cook the dough for about 30 minutes until it becomes golden and completely cooked.
Once cooked, get out of the oven and serve hot to enjoy its delicious flavor. You can also let it cool before serving it, according to your preferences. It can be tasted natural, filled with pastry cream or accompanied by tea, coffee or herbs according to your personal preferences.
