Recipes:

Beef mince   ½ kg

Coriander (chopped)  4 tbsp

Garlic     ½ tbsp

Ginger    ½ tbsp

Lemon juice   1 tbsp

Mint   3 tbsp 

Onion    1 (large)

Tahini paste   4 tbsp

Crushed cardamom 1/3 tsp

Cinnamon powder 1/3 tsp

Salt   1 tsp

black pepper  ½ tsp

Bread sliced  2 

Yogurt  ½ kg

olive oil  ¼ cup


Method :

Add coriander, cinnamon, cardamom, a teaspoon of salt, black pepper, and slices of double bread to the minced meat and mix well. Now put it in a chopper and grind it finely. Then make kofta and keep it in the fridge. Now heat oil in a pan and fry onion, ginger and garlic. Then add kofta and fry for 10 minutes. Add curd and cook on low heat for 20 minutes. Add salt and mint, cook for 5 minutes, and serve.

Chicken legs (drumstick) 6 nos

Chicken Minced 1 cup

White pepper ½ tsp

Salt 1 tsp

Cooking oil for fry

Bread Crumbs 2 cups

Flour  ½ cup

Egg 1 

Mustard paste 1 tsp


Method :

Remove the meat of the chicken legs from the bone and let it stick to the bone. Now mix a teaspoon of salt, bread crumbs, mustard paste, and half of white paper in the mince and grind it finely. Apply the remaining mustard paste, salt, and white paper on the chicken. Now make a drumstick shape by mincing the meat of the legs. Now first add flour, then egg and bread crumbs, and cook in oil for 15 minutes and take out. Then serve with ketchup and chili garlic sauce.
